The Black Book of Hollywood Diet Secrets is a book authored by Hollywood insiders Kym Douglas and Cindy Pearlman, and they have created this tell-all to tell-all on how the stars manage to stay so thin. Here you will find out that Jessica Alba has been following research that suggest diet drinks will double your risk of being overweight. This gal has nixed the zero cal drinks as a result. JLo on the other hand uses grapefruit for weight loss. Grapefruit has an affect on liver enzymes that promotes weight loss and controls appetite, you won’t find this girl without a vial of grapefruit in her trendy bag. Gwyneth Paltrow is a fan of dandelion tea. This tea is known to ease water retention and bloating and she drinks it all the time. And coffee? No, the stars can’t say no to that one, but are careful about what they put in their joe fixes. Lilo uses soy milk as a substitute and most celebs use real sugar to avoid the dangers of obesity from sweeteners.
