With all this extra time on his hands now that he is in jail, it seems that Joe Francis is overthinking things a little bit. He is currently whiling away his time in the Nevada Correctional system, but is about to go back to Florida to face charges regarding minors and sexual performances….all this after videotaping a 17 year old girl for Girls Gone Wild. The potential move to Florida is making him nervous after he heard about a 14 year old Florida teen that was killed by prison guards during restraint. He is also accusing the Florida guards of being mean by not letting him eat or take a potty break as well as giving him ankle shackles that make him bleed. And apparently, the Oklahoma guards weren’t that nice to him either, having supposedly threatening to strap him naked to a chair without a blanket. Maybe someone needs to remind Joe that no matter what state he will be in, prison is not supposed to be a big party time, nor is it supposed to be any fun. That’s why it’s called PRISON and not you know, cocktail hour. He also needs to be reminded that when your repertoire of charges includes sex and minors, you’ve got a long tough road ahead in the penal system. But hey, guess he shoulda thought of THAT before he made some of those choices, huh?

No, she’s not talking about a political prisoner in Singapore, Kim Kardashian’s talking about the dirt-bag founder of Girls Gone Wild, Joe Francis… who just so happens to STILL be hiding in a Nevada jail. I can’t believe that he’s started a clothing line of “Free Joe” t-shirts. Maybe they should read: “Don’t DROP the Soap, Joe”, instead!? I don’t think he’ll be out anytime soon since the minute he steps foot out of jail the police will extradite him to Florida, where he awaits charges involving underage girls and a camera. What a perv. I bet Kim wants him released so he can help boost her porn star image and maybe even star in one of his flicks!

Joe Francis Sent to Jail for Contempt of Court. “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis has been sentenced to 35 days in jail after pleading guilty to contempt of court Monday.

During a hearing in Panama City, Fla., the 34-year-old apologized to a judge for shouting abuse at seven women during recent settlement talks.

The women had taken legal action against Francis for allegedly filming them in sexual situations while underage at Panama City Beach in 2003.

Francis told the court, “I am sorry for my behavior. It was wrong. I had heard about appeals and things and I was confused. I am sorry, I really am.”

He was arrested at Panama City airport two weeks ago as he was on his way to turn himself into authorities on the contempt charge.

Francis is also due to appear in court in Nevada on May 22, after a federal grand jury earlier this month returned an indictment charging him with deducting more than $20 million in false business expenses on his companies’ 2002 and 2003 corporate income tax returns.

According to the indictment, Francis used offshore bank accounts and entities purportedly owned by others to conceal income he earned during 2002 and 2003.

If convicted, Francis faces up to 10 years in prison and fines of up to $500,000.
