Kate Hudson was spotted here exiting a designer shoe store Iris in the Meatpacking District in New York City earlier this week, looking glamorous and oh so cool and collected. And though she looks her standard gorgeous self, one would never guess that behind this Hollywood pretty face is a temper that can get a little explosive if you push the wrong buttons. But what bad buttons could this sweet girl have underneath her belt? Well, even the sweetest girls of Tinseltown will get a little nasty when their privacy is invaded, and that seems to have been the case recently. Recently she was caught on camera happily locking lips with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez in the middle of Yankee Stadium, but she may be growing tired of the flashbulbs. In a recent event, the actress was steamed when paparazzi “surprised” her as she exited her West Village digs earlier this week. Seems the photogs were tipped off by A-Rod’s SUV, which was parked outside. “She really lost it,” alleges an eyewitness. “She was going nuts.” Hudson, who is mom to 5-year-old son Ryder, supposedly tossed out a few well-chosen four-letter words before hopping into a cab. This was apparently one of the pair’s rare nights at Hudson’s pad, because the tabloids claim she’s already invaded the Yankees slugger’s personal space.

“Kate’s always at his New York apartment, even on the days when he’s on the road. She’s made herself quite comfortable in his life. Kate has become very serious about him. It’s the real deal! They spend every possible moment together. She’s even moved some of her things into his place.”

But is Rodriguez still feeling the effects from his under-the-radar relationship with Madonna last year? According to Us Weekly, he got into the habit of sending the pop icon a bouquet of 50 white roses (her favorite) twice a week, and he would always stress out over whether she received them. Now, the thought of the thorny flowers gives him the heebie-jeebies, reports the mag, adding that Kate made sure none of the fragrant blossoms were on display at the party she planned in July for his 34th birthday. Is it true love? The absence or presence of flowers may mean as much to some people, but what does A Rod think? Funny how he seems to be the quietest one of all, no?

She’s spotted here playing and goofing around with little Ryder, all the while looking spectacular of course. And maybe the reason Kate has been spending more time with her little one has something to do with the fact that her clock is apparently ticking, and doing so quite loudly as well. She has been linked with many men, and only one with whom she has procreated with, and she is most recently linked to Madonna’s latest cast off, Alex Rodriguez. And it seems that their six month relationship is somewhat serious, as she has decided that she wants A-Rod to be her next baby daddy.The ‘Bride Wars’ actress – who has been dating the New York Yankees baseball star since May – is reportedly desperate to fall pregnant with the 34-year-old sportsman’s child and raise his “beautiful baby”. Says our good friend “Close Source”:

“Kate just turned 30 and she’s ready to have her second child. She wants Ryder to have a sibling, so she brought up the idea to Alex and told him that they would make a beautiful baby together, and that she would assume all financial responsibility.”

The Hollywood beauty has a five-year-old son Ryder, from her marriage to Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson, while Alex has two daughters, Natasha, four, and 16-month-old Ella, with his ex-wife Cynthia. So it sounds like if they give this a whirl, Sunday dinners are going to be a little busy! However, it is of no surprise to me to hear that Alex – who only split from Cynthia last year – wants to wait before having any more children. Not sure if this one is a match made in heaven, but unless Kate is with anyone but Owen Wilson, I don’t think any match for her will be. And this is not the first time they have disagreed, though the time before this was not nearly as serious as a life altering decision. Last month, Kate got A Rod a little heated when she let her friend drive Alex’s SUV in Manhattan, New York, and then her friend went and dented his SUV while she was driving around. Who does that? “Need a car? Want my boyfriends?” Shaking my head…sometimes I think Kate is so pulled together, and other times I think she’s got a LOT of growing up to do.

Well it seems like Hollywood’s starlets are learning a thing or two from the ever so elusive Jennifer Aniston when it comes to keeping us guessing about their love lives. Gone are the days for Kate Hudson when her latest fling and thing were all over the tabloids with her mooney eyes, now she is just keeping things under wraps and forcing us to come to our own conclusions. And here she is at the recent Cartier 100th Anniversary in America celebration looking stunning as ever in a cut out dress that very few women could get away with.

But this is our Kate, one minute she’s trugging the streets of New York looking uber veg mode and casual but fabulous, the next she is gracing the red carpets in the glamorous style that we have come to know and love with this girl. But did she have a mystery man for this outstanding night on the town? No of course she would not go so far as to come to a public event with her latest thing, because if she did, how else could she keep us guessing? The last we heard on Kate and romance was that she and Owen Wilson had finally made one last round with the on again off again thing, and this last round was so final in fact that they were determined to finally make things permanent and plan a secret June wedding. And oh how the bells rang and the birds sang with that one, as we ALL know that she truly belongs with Owen.

So what then is the deal with her and A-Rod? Yes, though she may be elusive, she does have this funny knack of bringing boyfriends and flings back from the dead, and we are hearing wind that she and A Rod have started something up again. Way back when, in the Fall to be precise, Kate was spotted canoodling with A-Rod, but it seemed to be a come and go thing. And now, we are hearing NOTHING of this so called secret Owen wedding, but that she and A-Rod are back in the fling thing again. But the New York Post is reporting that she and A Rod were “macking out” at a New York bar this past Friday, and that this all began after she sat in the coveted box and watched A-Rod in a Yankees game. The afterparty for the flirty pair continued at the Tex Mex bar the Mustang Grill where they seemingly couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

But does two spotting for a flirty pair make for a relationship? In Hollywood, and in the Hudsonwood, one would seem to think so as she seems to cling on to the flavor of the day when Owen isn’t around. But Madonna’s ex? Who knows. One thing we do know for sure is that if we find Kate and A-Rod shacking up at the cottage in Muskoka, Canada, then they too will probably publish news of a secret wedding. Just ask a few of her other exes who have made it to the coveted relationship status of cottage guest – Eric Lindross, Lance Armstrong, and the list goes on and on. And all of this going on while Kate goes public with Page Six stating that she is looking for a new baby daddy, as she’d like to give her little guy Ryder a brother or sister. Perhaps it has been so long since she actually HAD a baby that she has forgotten that one needs to stick around with one man in order for THAT dream to transpire. Not sure what this gal is up to, but one thing I DO know and that is that my money and my hopes are still on Owen. Let’s see what happens here…

This is one girl that has managed both a very sexy girl next door look on her most casual days, and an oh so glamorous red carpet look on any given moment. What is it about this girl? Besides her infectious and naturally beautiful smile, and her down to the bone sweetness, it is difficult to say, but you may want to ask Owen Wilson what makes this girl so spectacular. Yes, this is one man that probably knows this girl better than anybody, as he has been in and out of her life for many years now. Kate and Owen have a notorious relationship that is on again and off again and has been for so many times that we question if even they knew what they were doing. And there are couples that seemed destined to make the same mistakes over and over again and keep coming back to each other, and then there are couples that just seem destined period. And my thoughts are that this is one of those star crossed situations. Have you ever seen the two of them together? They glow in a way that only the truly star crossed can. And now it seems they have finally decided to give up the charade and get married. It’s kind of strange actually given that Kate barely thought five minutes before she married whats his name (*cough* Chris Robinson) and had little Ryder, so we are thinking that with Owen, Kate has given this some serious consideration. Though both have been with other people during their off again moments, they have finally made their way back to each other, and we hope this time it is for good. And they seem to think it is. This time they decided to be a little quieter about it so that the media wouldn’t interfere in their relationship, and snuck away in February for a little romantic holiday in France. And you have to know that if France isn’t going to make two people fall in love for good, then nothing will. Well it seems the French magic worked for this pair, as during their vacation they decided to make things permanent and have announced that they will be getting married in a quiet ceremony this summer. I find it hard to believe that Kate Hudson will do anything quietly, but even that note makes one believe that this is more about the marriage, and less about the wedding here. They haven’t even worried too much about flashy engagement rings or a big hoopla at all. And since both of them certainly have the means at their disposal to get as flashy as they want, they just simply can’t be bothered. All they care about is never being apart from each other again. Awwww….collective group hug. Where the quiet ceremony will take place remains to be seen, but speculations at this point offer two options. They may get married at Kate’s mom’s house, Goldie Hawn, in her little home in Aspen, or they may also get married in Hawaii which is where Owen’s fabulous abode is. And as for wedding dresses, with friends in her Rolodex along the lines of Stella McCartney and Christian Dior it is possible to say that anything goes here. Kate did spend some time in the Dior house while they were in France, and is said to be looking for something ‘simple and flowing’ so anything is likely at this point. I have to say that I hope this story is not one to be filed in the rumor mill, and I have ALWAYS felt that these two were meant to be. Ever since Owen’s tragic suicide attempt, one that reportedly happened over one of his breakups with Kate, I have always felt that these two truly were meant to be together. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for these two as we wish them all the best for a beautiful life together.

The fabulous Kate Hudson is seen here with the almost as fabulous Anne Hathaway as the two film scenes for their movie ‘Bride Wars’. As you can imagine by the title, the movie is about a bridely situation where two best friends, Anne and Kate inadvertently book their wedding for the same day. And both of these actresses have had quite the time of it in terms of their personal lives so perhaps they were able to use that to add some angst to their characters. Anne was engaged to a con artist and endured a very public breakup, and you know, when breakups involve the FBI it can never be a good thing. When they involve the FBI and the media, you have to know there will be some bitterness to contend with. As for Kate, well, she has pretty much dated everyone in Hollywood at least once, and many of them she’s taken a second hit at, and she also has experience in the marriage realm through former husband Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson. You would think that both of these women would be a little bitter about marriage, but Anne insists that she still has the ideal of the fairy tale romance and still wants to ‘have it all’ one day. Kate on the other hand says that she highly doubts she will ever take that stroll down the aisle again. She says she really can’t say 100% but that she doubts it and that ‘it depends on who you end up with’. Uh yeah, do you think? I mean, ending up with the ‘right’ person is kind of *the point* of marriage is it not? Kate was married in 2000 but divorced her husband in 2007 and the two share a four year old son Ryder. Nonetheless, though Kate has some not so great thoughts about marriage, she has nothing but great things to say about her ex husband Chris.

I don’t regret a second of my marriage. Thank God for Chris. He made me partly who I am. We had a great time. We love each other deeply. We have an amazing son.

But if she ever did meet that elusive One, does Kate think she would change anything? Yes, she’d go on a honeymoon. Last time she got married she didn’t get to go on one because it was Christmas and she had to go to work. But that’s the only thing she would change. Maybe that and actually finding the right guy this time.

It seems that ‘needy’ is the word of choice that is being passed around Tinseltown these days when it comes to labelling the single gals. Jennifer Aniston has been pegged as needy, and now Kate Hudson is as well. And this is the sweeping explanation that the rumor mongers are providing in terms of the why’s behind mega breakups or over extended single time. Kate Hudson herself says she has the tendency to be a little clingy and has self-admitted to going through self-obsessive stages when it comes to mastering a potential conquest in the dating game. In fact, she’s even admitted to following a few of them as well. But she will be the first to say that she doesn’t like the clingy, needy, always need to call you type and so let this be a lesson learned to any potential Kate dates. Perhaps A-Rod may want to learn a lesson or two there if he is considering things with Kate like the world says that he is. Or actually, it is Kate trying to latch onto him, so I guess Kate has no desires to BFF with Madonna any time soon. But Kate sure does love to flirt, and at a recent event in Miami over the weekend, she happened to share a room full of oxygen with Alex Rodriguez from the New York Yankees. She was spotted wrapping her arms around him at one point and any time that he would lean over to talk to someone else, she would pull him back towards her. But maybe A-Rod likes the needy type, as he didn’t seem to mind, and most reports indicate that he enjoyed laughing and giggling and being just as flirty with her all night long. Hm well, I guess not many men would resist Kate Hudson, even if she were acting a little desperado, just goes to show that celebs really can get away with much more than us lowly folks can. Maybe this will go somewhere, but I highly doubt it. We all know that Madonna is one of those ‘hell hath no fury’ types and I can not see this sitting well with her, despite the fact that nothing *official* has been released on the Madonna/A-Rod thing. Maybe Kate should sleep with her door shut. And locked.
