Well it seems like the body of the relationship between Kate and Lance Armstrong isn’t even cold yet and Kate Hudson already has a new love victim. And if she keeps this up, she is going to get quite the reputation for reusing and recycling ex-boyfriends. We all know about her on again off again on again and finally off again thing with Owen Wilson, but this time it’s former ex-boyfriend former NHL hockey player Eric Lindros that is hanging off her arm. But you won’t see much of them together, because as soon as the split with Lance was announced, Kate whisked herself away to her parent’s cottage in Muskoka, Canada and has been in hiding every since. And given Eric’s affiliation with Canadian hockey, I guess it only made sense that she would hook up with someone familiar close by. Canadian sources are saying the two are just friends, that their families have known each other for decades and that their cottages are around the corner from each other. Kate is in tucked away in Canada reportedly ‘getting over a breakup’ but it seems more than a little strange that she would be connected to an ex-boyfriend almost immediately. Either way, it is Kate Hudson. We all know she is not going to be single long, be it an ex or a new love.

Ah yes, this is back in the day when love was blind. Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong are seen here having a playful tennis session while they were still going hot and heavy. From the sounds of it though, the relationship has come to a screeching halt. The two have been pretty inseparable for almost three months, and this may be the cause behind their split as they never really took the opportunity to see if absence really does make the heart grow fonder. The split came just a few days after a ‘meet the parents’ episode where Kate met Lance’s parents at a high profile summit for his Livestrong Foundation. At the meeting it was somewhat implied that Lance may be interested in a career in politics. And well, not long after it looked like his political career was going to be sans Kate as the relationship ended just days after. Reports are that they both realized at the event that their fling was just that, and that it was an amicable split with no ugliness, hatred, or drama. But in fact there are sources that say otherwise. The two have apparently been constantly bickering over their travel schedules which were driving them apart, and at one point even there was a huge blowout resulting in a ‘communication breakdown’ that essentially meant they didn’t talk for about 5 days. To add fuel to the fire, almost two weeks ago, Lance was overheard talking to a reporter who had asked him about his relationship with Kate to which he responded ‘I’m single’. Others close to Lance specifically have said that he does have trouble with women once they realize how self-centered he is. He specifically seeks out celebrities but wants them to put it all on hold to take care of him and his needs. Kate on the other hand has different priorities and has been reported as saying to the Britain Sunday Times,

“Any guy I ever meet is always going to come second to my son. And you get to weed out the boys from the men. You definitely know which ones are the boys.”

So maybe that’s just what happened here. We many never know but it will be fun to see what man candy is next on Kate’s arm.

Well well, these two are quickly becoming oddly inseparable. Dining here, vacay there, they are seen just about everywhere these days. But for quite some time Lance Armstrong has been hanging out with Kate while she does the promo thing for her next movie and he’s been getting a birds eye view of life in the Hudson lane. Not long ago, it was Kate’s turn to see what the Lance life is all about. And they spent a whole week together in…Canada of all places. Yes, first they spent some time up at the cottage in Muskoka, Ontario that Kate’s family owns and then they appeared in the “Ride with Lance” event in Waterloo, Ontario. The ride was a 117 km bike ride to raise money for cancer, and included the ride and a huge gala dinner afterward. And we know that Kate knows galas, so Lance was well accompanied. The couple jetted back to New York City where they met in Brooklyn for Father’s Day. Kate and Lance met up with Kate’s ex, Chris Robinson and his new love interest (who apparently is unimportant and thus nameless). And of course, Kate and Chris’s son Ryder who is 4 was in attendance as well as Lance’s kids Luke who is 8, and twins Isabelle and Grace who are 6. Anyone else finding that weird? I mean, these two really just started dating. I would think that introducing your boyfriends children to your ex-husband and father of your own child is more like a fifth or sixth date material, no?

We reported on the Kate Hudson/Lance Armstrong cutesy thing not too long ago when it became official, for perhaps the last time, that the on-again/off-again Kate and Owen thing were finally off-again. Now Kate and Lance have been spending a lot of time together, and most recently in Cannes during the Film Festival. The other night they went public as a couple at the Dolce and Gabbana annual party and caused heads to turn. And there were many heads to turn, the party was so packed that even Petra Nemcova couldn’t get in. The couple were spotted chatting with Festival juror, Natalie Portman, among many others. They were seen dancing to old Madonna songs and again, there was some public kissing. Sources described them as so cute, and that they were beaming at each other. Kate is not exactly known to be the settling down type, so let’s just see how long this one lasts.

Kate Hudson is brightening up the red carpet here at the premiere of Fools Gold at Vue Cinema London not that long ago. At the time of this premiere, Kate Hudson was heavily back in the throes of her on-again off-again relationship with actor Owen Wilson. The two have been linked for two years now, and in January were being seen together quite a bit until their public announcement that they were back to ‘on-again’. And now, they are keeping up with their normal patterns and have decided to call it ‘off-again, this time probably for good’. The past few weeks the two have been fighting constantly, and Owen’s melancholy mood swings were said to clash with Kate’s high energy and good spirits. The two seem mutually happy with the split and will remain good friends, but it didn’t take long for Kate to rally up in the dating game. She’s been spotted quite a bit with Lance Armstrong, and just spend the weekend in Austin with this seven time Tour de France winner. They were dining at exclusive restaurants and spent Saturday with Lance’s three children. No word yet on how serious they are, but if she is getting kiddy time, chances are Lance is thinking seriously here.
