Not that she’s known for being a wallflower exactly, but Lilly Allen is giving people something to talk about with some recent antics during a show just the other night for a launch of the Braun Satin Hair campaign. She made no efforts to hide the fact that she was extremely drunk as she struggled to remember song lyrics and stopped to ask the crowd ‘What day is it’ after only two numbers. She also told the crowd she was a ‘bit drunk’ and asked if they were enjoying the free wine, because ‘I know I am’ she said. Following the show, she headed to London’s Groucho Club to hang out with her pal Kate Moss and was enjoying champagne right from the bottle in the car on the way over. She also bribed the paps to NOT take pics of Kate Moss which only fueled a shooting frenzy. Lilly finished the evening off by butting a cigarette out on a photographer’s lens, probably a response to her distaste over the media frenzy. As most are noting, just another night for Lilly.

Fans of Lily Allen may be more than a little confused by her recent ‘illnesses’. She has recently called off four European performances and posted a doctor’s note on her MySpace profile letting her disappointed fans know that she was sick with sinusitis and strep throat. She did apologize saying she couldn’t afford to perform and risk permanent damage to the delicate vocal chords that have won her a following through hits such as “Smile”. Yet here she is spotted at London’s Notting Hill Carnival living it up with what seems to be a funny looking hand-rolled cigarette. She spent some time smoking and huddling with friends as if she didn’t want to be seen. She also spent most of the day glassy-eyed and drinking heavily which resulted in a little bit of passing out in front of the hip bar The Cow later that day. She was so out of it she needed to be assisted to vertical status with some help from a nearby restaurant. Friends ushered her into the restaurant Rosa’s Dining Room where she spent some quality time with a jug of water and some coffee before she was sent home in a taxi. Hmm…I wonder how her throat is doing after all that stress?

You know, some celebs will stop at nothing to avoid the paps. Most just go with a wig and fly shades, while others will go to the lengths of a lookalike blow up doll so they can buy their hubby a gift (aka Posh). Here we have Lily Allen going to the extreme of hiding in a bag and being carted away by her chums. Yes that’s right, she actually hid in a bag. The 22 year old was lugged for about 50 yards down Oxford Street in London in a large plastic Habitat bag. Ok, I know the girl is tiny, but did she really think that was inconspicuous? And those must be some awesome friends, because 50 yards is a LONG way to drag a body (I am only guessing, here). Lily Allen has a love hate relationship with Paris Hilton. Ok, she loves her, she loves her not. She loves her, she thinks she’s fugly. The 22 year old Lily blogs on celebs as well and has used both the words “hideous” and “amazing” when describing Paris Hilton. Lily also says she is a big fan of “The Simple Life” (we finally found the one person that will admit that) and describes it as genius. (Umm, she knows it’s about Paris and Nicole, right?) Uh, Lily? Do we need to remind you what Paris has been doing lately? Genius was not a word we used…..

Lily Allen’s never been shy about how she was kicked out of school for performing sexual services on her classmates. But, she’s never divulged just how far out of hand her troublesome schooldays got until her new interview with Rolling Stone Magazine.

She tells the magazine, “I was doing things with boys that I shouldn’t have been doing at such a young age… I was doing blow-jobs… I don’t want to go into it. It was not good.”

The R&B/pop singer insists that although the sexual services were upsetting her teachers, her parents could have cared less. She adds: “They didn’t care… They’re products of the 60s, they’re bang up for a bit of that.”

Lily Allen’s “Lily Loves” fashion line hit stores today – but, minus the hype and customers that surrounded the Kate Moss launch. A handful of shoppers were outnumbered by media outside New Look’s flagship Oxford Street store before the 10am opening. But the high street chain insisted it had not expected a “scrum” of fans because the pop star’s designs debut in 312 stores today.
