Jealous much? Lindsay Lohan is seen here draped in glitz and glam while reportedly sitting front row at Roberto Cavalli’s fashion show in Milan Fashion Week. But this isn’t even the best picture of this event, as after the show she was then seen drapped all over Cavalli himself. Must be nice. And when you have that kind of lifestyle, I guess it really doesn’t matter WHO you are dating, when you clearly have some strings in the world of fabulosity. But this time the rumors that she has gone back to boys may actually be true. Tho Lindsay Lohan says she’s not dating Gareth Geno, a British DJ, all signs seem to be saying otherwise. But then, she also says he’s so cute she’s going to have to move to London. So maybe she’s lying, or maybe the media is lying, or maybe her long-lost twin from The Parent Trap has returned to spread some rumors. The Mirror saw her hanging out with Gareth at Sketch nightclub in London on Wednesday. She was doing a guest DJ stint, and he was helping her. But the club was more interested in what they were seeing than what they were hearing. Lindsay and Gareth were holding hands and he was feeding her chips, the Mirror reports. “Dance!” she yelled to the crowd at one point. “I feel like I’m in a f–king zoo.” Apparently all that work (that work being getting looked at) was too much to bear. She made an early exit, but not before dropping a cute “see you later, baby” on her new DJ arm candy. He joined her later at the snooty club Bungalow 8, where the Mirror overheard her saying, “I have to move to London. He’s so cute.” When grilled by Gossip Cop on the man cute enough for her to quit her life in L.A., she denied everything. “Nooo I am not [dating him],” she said. “He’s a friend, geez.” Lindsay might not want to douse this rumour so fast. Samantha Ronson made a killing off DJ-ing events while she was dating Lindsay, because the presumption was that they’d come together. They should just team up as a couple, DJ a bunch of events, and split the profits. It would be so fauxmantic! And maybe THEN Samantha will believe that Lindsay really meant it all that time she said she was going to go back to boys.

Hard to say with this pair as they truly seem to be the kind that you never know where they are going, as even during a long tumultuous split, they can’t seem to stay out of the headlines. So here we go again, though now it’s 2010 and Lindsay Lohan is STILL being seen coming out of the Bardot lounge, and she’s back to one of her original hair colors as well. And it wasn’t long after this night that Lindsay recently Tweeted that she’d like to move to Britain because they have better DJ’s, and the whole world knows that whenever Lilo says the word DJ, she must be “back in love” again. But it doesn’t matter how many room-service trays Lindsay Lohan has thrown, or how many shrubs she’s run over, because of Samantha Ronson. All signs do seem to indicate that Lindsay is still holding a candle, or at least a menthol cigarette, for her ex-girlfriend.

“She’s the only woman I’ve been attracted to. We love each other. We might reconcile the relationship, maybe.”
The couple split up last year, and Sam’s fashion designer sister Charlotte looked into getting a restraining order against Lindsay. But only because Lindsay was just too awesome. On Samantha’s family, Lilo also has some thoughts there.

“Her family is very involved in her relationships and that was difficult. All the fighting stuff was just because all her friends had got involved and made me an outcast, which wasn’t fair to Samantha. I think it was a jealousy thing in terms of her becoming more famous than the rest of them.”

Yes. Samantha’s loved ones were concerned because Lindsay is just so famous. Not because she throws tantrums and steals clothes and writes things to Sam on Twitter like, “you JUST told me that your friends are worth more than i am 2 your family & that i’m gross*thx.” Lindsay thinks this drama was really just normal stuff, but it got blown up because Lindsay is a very important actress, as seen in such hit movies from five years ago as Herbie: Fully Loaded. “Everyone has ups and downs - it’s normal,” she says. “But in front of the public eye they’re going to take the downs and make it seem like they’re a million times worse.” Of course. Who hasn’t stormed out into the hallway of a hotel and fought with their partner until hotel security AND Page Six have been called? I don’t know what’s more disturbing–that Lindsay thinks that’s normal, or that she’s considering getting back into it.

And judging by recent news, it may well be that she doesn’t have a care in the world at all, as justice may be served to her media hungry daddy. It is no secret that Lilo has been in restraining order court more than once on her dad, and it sounds like one of his other restraining order parties has had enough of him as well.Michael Lohan, the man who makes his daughter Lindsay look like Hillary Rodham Clinton, but, you know, (whisper voice) more ginger, was arrested on Monday for breaking a restraining order against his ex-fiancé Erin Muller. Michael is banned from contacting Erin after she accused him of threatening to kill her and himself when they broke up. He denied this, but then again, he denies a lot of things. He was reported to be in jail under criminal contempt charges. But in the Lohan universe, he was never arrested at all. The police must just PhotoShop up mug shots of him for their own sick amusement, right, since a mug shot of him is circulating the internet like wildfire. But HE says:

“I was not arrested. Erin and I had an argument. She has an ongoing order of protection against me. She called and said I violated it by making a phone call to her. I went down there today and saw the judge and I handled it and that was it.”

Well that explains everything. Wait, no it doesn’t! But since I really don’t want to encourage Michael Lohan to speak more, I’m at peace with ending this here. In response to the debacle, Lindsay tweeted, “the stills ‘don’t talk down’ Oceans will Rise-download it :).” Because if she wants to draw attention to her personal life, she certainly doesn’t need Michael Lohan’s help. But as she says frequently, if he heads back to his home away from home, the slammer, then so be it.

For most people, when you get divorced and move on with your lives, you don’t have to see the inside of a courtroom with your ex ever again. But when your name rhymes with Mohan, it seems that time getting back into the courtroom can only be rivaled by your need to steal headlines from your aforementioned ex. And it seems that this is exactly what is happening between Dina and Michael Lohan, loving *cough* parents of the infamous Lindsay Lohan. It never seems to fail, and a Monday or a Friday or an any day can’t seem to pass without one of them threatening, and loudly to any media rep that will listen, that they are going to be dragging the other back to court for SOMETHING. As it seems that Dina Lohan has reached yet another threshold with ex-husband Michael. And this time it is about some tapes or something regarding Lindsay of course that have been leaked. Because he is SUCH a great dad, the latest story is that Michael aired voicemail tapes of their daughter Lindsay Lohan’s alleged cry for help in what was the last straw for Dina. She said:

“The tapes were from a long time ago and for a father to stoop this low is unforgiveable. My ex-husband has been in and out of jail for 10 years. My children and I gave him a chance to get to know them again and he clearly blew that chance! I have had a criminal order of protection from the domestic violence sector since 2005. He was not supposed to even be harassing me by phone. My heart is breaking for my children that he could do this. He has no visitation any more and is six months behind in child support. The authorities have been alerted.”

Dina is now considering legal action, and we know that Lindsay has already indicated she was on the verge of seeking a restraining order against a father she claims is, in a nutshell, estranged.
Dina claimed her daughter should be legally protected from a tape-leaking. But Daddy dearest says this is the only way that he can get Lilo to stop the drug abuse, because it seems he’s never heard of the word “intervention” as it seems that would be a more natural way to get your daughter help, if she was indeed abusing prescription medication. Is this a natural form of parental love? Michael is on a crusade to stop what he alleges is Lindsay’s spiral into dangerous prescription drug addiction. But it really sounds like his crusade is MUCH more geared towards getting his name in black and white over and over again. Don’t expect much to happen here, this is just Lohan headline screaming as far as I am concerned.

Lindsay Lohan is spotted here getting ready to jet set to her latest hideaway, New York City, as she escapes what might be a kidnapping plan in the making. It seems that she and her dad are still not seeing eye to eye, in other words, he wants to kidnap her and send her to rehab, and she is kinda ticked about that. Contrary to what Michael Lohan is telling the world, the two have not reunited in a lovey dovey father/daughter moment, and Lindsay is not taking it well. In fact, not only have they NOT reunited, but she has instructed her lawyer to begin legal proceedings to get a restraining order against her media hungry dad. Due to his recent threats, Lindsay is said to fear for her safety and has instructed her lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman to begin the paperwork against Michael Lohan. The 23-year-old star took action against Michael - who she has a turbulent relationship with - over fears he was going to kidnap her. It is thought she was encouraged to seek the restraining order by her mother, Dina - who is Michael’s ex-wife - and wants to be out of Los Angeles and away from her father when the filing becomes legal. “If Lindsay isn’t already in New York City, she is on her way. That was the plan to make sure she wasn’t around for any of his crazy antics.”

Last week, Michael - who recently claimed the starlet has an addiction to prescription drugs - told gossip website X17 he wanted to “kidnap” his daughter and take her to an isolated location to help “get her straight”. As we reported, he told the world, “I’m going to see the judge this week. If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m going to get charged with kidnapping.” Kidnapping. Yes, while we may have already discussed it, it does bear repeating. Kidnapping is NOT the way to get closer to your estranged daughter, Michael. But look at all the headlines it’s generating for you! Clap clap!

Here we have Lindsay Lohan looking ever the fashionista as she is spotted leaving her hotel in downtown Manhattan not that long ago. Yes she always seems to look great, but there are some concerns that she has been hitting the nightlife a little hard, and using prescription meds to ease the hangovers. And a little too much it seems, but that’s only what her father is saying. In fact he is so upset about his daughter that he has threatened to actually kidnap her if she doesn’t smarten up and go to rehab again on her own. Continuing his crusade to get his daughter Lindsay sober, the desperate dad threatens to abduct the ailing actress. Is this parenting? Or is he just trying to control his daughter again, in what the entire world knows now is one of the most turbulent public relationships a father and daughter can have. But it’s true. Michael Lohan is stepping forward to deliver the best damn fathering he can to his drug-addled daughter Lindsay. Of course, because this is Michael Lohan, who can’t do any parenting properly, that fathering would be a kidnapping threat. Michael sent a statement to the paparazzi agency X17 saying he’s hoping a judge will award him what’s known in the prestigious Entertainment Tonight School Of Lawyering as The Jamie Spears–a conservatorship over Lindsay’s financial and legal affairs, like the one Britney Spears is currently under. However, a man of compromise, he’s willing to settle for a little forced confinement.

“If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping.”

Yeah, because good parents weigh the odds when seriously considering taking their adult children against their will. And as you can imagine, Lindsay’s response is a hell to the no.

“Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She’s scared. This is really serious.”

Lindsay was in court on Friday to explain why she’s only about halfway through her alcohol education classes, a condition of her probation after she was charged with a DUI in 2007. She was given an extra year to complete the classes, to successfully complete her terms of probation. But of course, since he has nothing else but a potential kidnapping to put him in the news, Michael has been doing the talk-show rounds, attempting to embarrass her sober…or something. He also took his struggles to the first name in paternity tests, Maury Povich, on Friday.

“I’m not going to bury you, you’re gonna bury me before this is over,” he said to his estranged daughter through the camera. “I’m gonna do anything and everything I have to save your life, whether mom likes it, the public likes it, or anyone.”

Well, public, do we like it? For my two cents, it seems like this crusade is more about Michael than it is about Lindsay. But hasn’t it always been? But, to quote a source from Star’s current cover story on Lindsay’s non-exercise related “ROCK BOTTOM!,” “she could easily end up murdered.” So I guess we should pay some grudging respect to Michael for at least attempting to do something, even if that something is ride his daughter’s coattail into the nether regions of trash TV. Michael Lohan. What WILL he think of next.

Lindsay Lohan is seen here looking a little worse for wear as she spends the night on the town in West Hollywood. Reports are that her new bee stung look on her lips are from some one on one time with a plastics doc, and though I know this is a craze that is working well for some, personally I think it makes her look more Ronald McDonald and less…well, pretty. She’s not the most talented actress in Hollywood, but her sharp features and excellent bone structure have always kept her one of the prettiest, regardless of what her hair color is. And so I guess Lindsay is back to blonde for now, we’ll see how long this one lasts. And given all the turmoil that has followed her with her struggles with addiction in the past, it seems that the world has been waiting for her to fall off the wagon again. If you ask her dad, a man who has had more than a little bit of a troubled relationship with this starlet, he will tell you that she is back to pill popping. And I’m having a hard time with this one, just because Daddy Lohan has worked so hard at burning her rep in the past, so this is a tough pill for even ME to swallow despite reports that these two are working on strengthening the Daddy/Daughter bonds. But he says she’s back to over self prescribing herself, and he ‘vows to get her the help she needs.’ He says she is addicted to prescription meds, though he isn’t sure which ones, which makes this murky story even murkier. But ever the drama king, Michael Lohan - who has a history of drug abuse himself - wants to help the ‘Mean Girls’ actress beat her reliance on legal substances as he’s terrified she will end up dead. He told website RadarOnline:

“I’m going to get her off the prescription drugs that she’s on. I hate it when people talk about illegal drug abuse because it’s not just drinking and illegal drugs that kill you. Prescription drugs can destroy and kill a person and are sometimes harder to stop. Look at Heath Ledger and Michael Jackson.”

Thanks for the words of inspiration, Michael. And yes, it’s a BAD sign when your own dad compares you to Michael Jackson. Although he refused to say what medications his 22-year-old daughter is taking, he admitted her addiction has taken over her life.

“You know why Lindsay’s not acting in feature films right now? Because she can’t. Because the girl with all the talent is hidden and buried deep inside this fungus that’s grown because of the prescription drugs. She can’t be herself. When you hug her she’s vacant inside. When she kisses or holds me I get chills, and not in a good way - in a bad way. She’s a different person. I was out there for a week when she was living at the Sunset Marquis Hotel and I would sit there and cry. It was horrible. This was not the kid I raised.”

Michael - who has only recently repaired his turbulent relationship with Lindsay - met his eldest child following the break in at her Hollywood home in the summer and was shocked by how much she had changed. And on the one hand we have to look at the fact that addicts DO have way of falling off the wagon, and are more likely than anyone else to do so, and her three stints in rehab aren’t really helping her case. But does it really make sense to claim someone is an addict without knowing what they are addicted to? Not only that, but the thought of Michael and Lindsay kissing and hugging and making up is not sitting well with me, in that, I just don’t buy it. Michael Lohan is a well known fabricator, and though Lindsay’s history is more than a little speckled, right now I’m just not buying it. Is it strange that nobody else has made the same observations? Oh yes, time will tell with this one for sure.

Lindsay Lohan is spotted here with her little sister Ali as they dine out at Taverna Tony’s in Malibu, and though this looks like happy times for Lilo, this does not seem to be indicative of the reality that is her life right now, as her drama mill seems to be working overtime. This time, she has been dealing with a break in at her home, and is being accused in other headlines of being a bad influence on her sister. But for now, Hollywood’s safe once again for talent-optional starlets. Someone has been arrested in connection to break-ins at both Lindsay Lohan and Hills star Audrina Patridge’s residences.
Nicholas Frank Prugo, 18, is being held on $20,000 bail in connection to the break-ins. Police are still looking for the other thieves, two women, who are seen in surveillance footage. One woman bears a striking resemblance to Lindsay, but her estranged father, Michael Lohan, explained that the woman was simply disguised as Lindsay. I know, I know, he really just shouldn’t talk. I’m so glad that the 23-year-old finally got some good news with this arrest, because as mentioned, the rest of the reports on her headlines aren’t so encouraging. For one, the actress denied she’s been committed to a mental institution, Mischa-styles. She tweeted,

“Hahahaha my publicist just called me and said she heard I was in a psych ward!!!! Hahaha WHAT IS WRONG with people???? I’m working lol BUT that’s one I’ve NEVER heard about myself before! New ones r always interesting huh?”

Yup, that tweet proves it. Totally sane. Another rumour making the rounds says Lindsay was booted from New York’s Bowery Hotel on Thursday, September 17. Hollyscoop reports that our fearsome freckled friend hurled a room-service tray at what she believed to be the door to girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s room (because that’s how Lohans show love). But it wasn’t Samantha’s room, and the freaked-out people inside complained hard enough to get Lindsay tossed like last season’s jeans. But Gossip Cop claims that Lindsay wasn’t even in New York on the 17th. She was in Austin, Texas, working–yes, working!–on her upcoming Robert Rodriguez film Machete. Samantha wasn’t in New York on that date either, the site reports. However, they were both in town on Thursday, September 10, for fashion week. Life & Style reports Lindsay and her sister Ali were kicked out of the Bowery at the beginning of fashion week for noise complaints, so maybe that’s the origin of this story. While in New York, Lindsay also managed to offend a host of other celebs. When she showed up to the G-Star fashion show on Tuesday, September 15, she didn’t like where she was seated. A source tells the New York Post’s Page Six that she started rearranging the place cards of stars like Juliette Lewis, Taylor Momsen, and Christian Siriano, “accidentally” throwing some on the floor. When staff asked her not to, she snarled, “Don’t you f–king touch me.” She wound up sitting in the front row beside Taylor Momsen. They got through the entire show without Lindsay hurling a room service tray. This time. And all of this is leading Duh Weekly to say that Lindsay is a bad influence on her 15-year-old sister Ali. But it might not be these reports at all, and it is really the fact that Lindsay brought the aspiring singer out to L.A.’s Crown Bar on September 4, and celebrity-favoured lounge Teddy’s the next night. Because that’s where every 15 year old NEEDS to be. Is it just me, or do we see little Ali with one or two DUI’s down the road?
