Rumors are circulating that Lindsay Lohan posing for Playboy very soon! Reportedly Lindsay Lohan originally wanted $1,000,000 to pose for playboy but was only on offered $750,000 which she turned down! Playboy came back with another offer close enough to a million to make it worth for her to pose for a cover shoot.

E!’s sources are stating that the shoot is non-nude for the January issue. TMZ’s say it’s nude for an unconfirmed issue.

Guess we all have to anxiously wait and see… haha!!!

Lindsay Lohan is seen here wearing her “heart on her sleeve” as she leaves her halfway house to head to her rehab class at The Betty Ford Clinic. And though she appears to be as casual and carefree as anyone would on their way to court ordered rehab, it sounds like she’s had some trouble in “paradise”. For those of you that thought the drama between Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan was over…think again. The world of Tinseltown is apparently much smaller than they would like us to think. Even a restraining order doesn’t stop SOME people. That some people being the likes of Sam Lutfi who isn’t letting a restraining order barring contact with Britney Spears keep him from realizing his dreams of leaching off celebrities. Lindsay Lohan’s people think he is sending her threatening text messages, TMZ reports. For the Lohans, that’s how you show you care. One of the text messages that’s giving Lohan the creeps claimed the sender knows where she is and is watching her. He doesn’t win any points for knowing where she is.

The entire world knows Lindsay’s in the Betty Ford Center. But since receiving the text, she’s been moved to a more private and secure room to protect her safety. Sam blames Britney’s manager, Larry Rudolph, who also manages Lindsay (an odd coincidence, no? Particularly since we thought that was her moms job) , for sparking the rumours. The number that at least one of the texts came from does go to Sam’s phone, but he denied to TMZ that he has been stalking Lindsay. When you’re dealing with Lohans and Spearses at the same time, then throw in an established Hollywood jerk like Sam, you’ll never sort out who is lying about what and for what reason. If Sam is really committed to stalking her, let him take a crack at it when she gets out on January 3. If he can keep up with all the Hollywood nightclubs she’ll be attacking, then he will truly earn the title of Stalker. She’s in rehab and can’t go anywhere right now. Where’s the sport in that?

What can you say at this point but just sigh. Yes it is true. Lindsay Lohan could be sent back to prison after failing a court-ordered drugs test. The 24-year-old actress – who served just 13 days of a 90-day prison sentence in July after violating the conditions of her probation for a 2007 driving under influence (DUI) conviction – admitted her samples came back positive but is willing to go back behind bars if Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S Fox orders her to. Lindsay – who only served 22-days in rehab following her release from prison – tweeted:

“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox as a result. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it.”

Judge Fox had previously warned the ‘Mean Girls’ star that if she committed another probation violation she could be put back in jail. During a hearing last month, Fox ordered Lindsay to attend psychotherapy, drug and alcohol counseling as well as random drug and alcohol testing several times a week. If she complied, she would be allowed to return to unsupervised probation in November. But at least she went out with a bang, as the mandatory drug test she failed revealed trace amounts of cocaine and amphetamines in her blood. In order to prep for the Judge, Lindsay did what all prospective inmates do, and went for a facial. No Judge Fox, she cares, really. Although her inability to stay sober doesn’t come as a surprise to many, it has triggered shock from the director behind the actress’s next movie project. Matthew Wilder took a chance and hired the troubled actress to play porn legend, Linda Lovelace in the upcoming biopic, “Inferno”, but filming was previously pushed back when the “Mean Girls” star was given a ball and chain over the summer and locked up. Shooting was expected to pick up in November when her unsupervised probation was supposed to kick in, but it may have to be changed again, and Wilder says he can’t help but feel sorry for the trainwreck.

“Did this throw us for a U-turn? Sure. But no one has conveyed any p**siness about it. This is not something to be p**sed about. If someone fails a drug test but says I am trying hard and struggling, it’s hard for me to be angry.”

All that says to us is that she knows how to work the angles, she’s an actress for heaven’s sake. Pity her but no surprise, oh what will become of Lindsay Lohan.

You would almost hate it if the paparazzi left Lindsay Lohan alone like she keeps “begging” them to. But she can’t even shop without a little privacy, spotted here leaving the All Saints boutique on Robertson Boulevard via the back door. But that’s what happens when you Tweet every other day about your probation, DUI, rehab stint, and how much you hate the paps. But as you know, every story has two sides, and shock of all shocks, the media is saying she brings it on herself. In fact, being a paps target can be pretty lucrative you know. But we all know how Lindsay Lohan groans about the paparazzi almost as frequently as she is linked to a wildly inappropriate older actor (hello, Jude Law, you are looking well today). Here’s a typical quote from Lohan about her camera-wielding posse. “Can’t paparazzi just disappear for one night?” she wrote on Twitter in June. “Just so I don’t have severe anxiety?” In case you were feeling a little sorry for her, really, seriously, don’t. One photographer told Vanity Fair that members of the paparazzi call her directly to set-up the so-called spontaneous shots. “If I called her up right now and said ‘I’ll give you $10,000’ she’d come right down,” a celebrity photographer told Vanity Fair. We couldn’t help but wonder…how much anxiety can you really maintain when you’re carrying a briefcase full of cash? Thankfully the 24-year-old hasn’t completely given up on career dreams that don’t involve posing through parking lots. One producer told the magazine that she crashed a dinner he was having with a well-known writer and an Oscar-winning director at the Chateau Marmont, a hotel she once lived at. “She was networking,” he told Vanity Fair. “It seemed like an act of desperation. None of us knew her.” Desperate sounds like the right word. But, frankly, if anything is ever going to go right for her, it’s probably because she’s arrogant enough to sit down with three strangers and act like it’s normal. Maybe being crazy is a career liability if you work at, say, McDonalds. But in Hollywood, I trust insanity will continue to serve Lindsay quite well.

Here you are looking at the building where Lindsay Lohan spent stage two of her “prison sentence”. She spent thirteen days in jail, and not that long in the UCLA Medical Center where she was ordered to serve the remaining days of her 90 day sentence. But it looks like she got a little bit of the star treatment, either that or they just plain got tired of her, as she has been let go of this institution early as well. But it’s not just star whining that got her there, the doctors at the UCLA Medical Center say, we just don’t have a reason to keep her. Were they supposed to be looking for one? We thought the court ordered sentence actually WAS a reason, apparently not. Yes, this is exactly what Lindsay Lohan needs: her golden-child complex reinforced. Doctors at the UCLA Medical Center have concluded she isn’t addicted to drugs or alcohol, sources tell TMZ, because why should anything about Lindsay Lohan not be an international headline, let alone her medical records? The newly blonde menace has been taken off the amphetamine Adderall after doctors determined she does not, in fact, have attention-deficit disorder. This poor little angel has just been popping the prescription medication, desperately hoping it will help her focus on her responsibilities (dancing on banquettes, giving The Insider tours of her shoe hoard), and instead it’s just been getting her high! How unintentional! She’s not bipolar either, as the rehab Judge Marsha Revel selected, Morningside, had ruled. She does have a personality disorder, according to the UCLA doctors. Personality disorders include narcissism, antisocial personality, and borderline personality, which is characterized by fear of abandonment, intense and unstable relationships, and inappropriate anger. Just as an example. The UCLA people who have been so charmed by the tortured innocent that is Lindsay are recommending she only spend 30 of the 90 days she was sentenced to in rehab at the very most, TMZ reports. So far she has spent 18 days in rehab. Her lawyer will be meeting with the new judge, Judge Elden S. Fox, any day now to discuss how her sentence is going. At this rate, Lindsay could be out in time to host a Vegas Labour Day party! I’ll bring the Adderall!

Here she was when she began her 90-day jail sentence just a few short weeks ago, arriving at the Beverly Hills Municipal Courthouse to report to Judge Marsha Revel to serve her time. And who would have thought that this seemingly somber day would turn into the circus that it has. Let’s take a minute to count ALL the hands that went up with that one. Oh yes, the prison dramas that are Lindsay Lohan, what else could we expect. Nelson Mandela can step down. False imprisonment has a new face, and it has freckles. On the heels of reports that doctors at UCLA don’t think Lindsay Lohan has drug or alcohol addictions comes word that this Mean Girl with a really long record wants a public apology from the court. They can give her an Oscar and a unicorn while they’re at it. Our (and Lilo’s) friend “Close Source” spoke with Fox News on this very serious issue.

“Lindsay is fuming. She is really upset that the courts put her through all this.”

“All this” of course being, expected to complete her sentence. Surprisingly, Lindsay is not enjoying her punishment nearly as much as she was enjoying being paid to go to luxurious resorts and get hammered. “She is ready to get out,” a source tells Radar. “Lindsay has had a lot of down time, and she is anxious to return to her life. Lindsay misses her family and friends tremendously. Lindsay simply wants her life back.” At least she can take heart that she has finally been reunited with something even better than her family. She got her BlackBerry back last week, although you’d never know it, so there must have been some bans in place there. There’ve been no Twitter updates, no leaked texts, no heartfelt manifestos calling for Al Gore’s assistance. It’s almost like she’s–gasp!–taking her situation seriously! In case you accidentally erased details of Lindsay’s incarceration from your memory to make room for information that’s actually important, Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail and another 90 days in rehab for violating her probation. Among her transgressions: she skipped alcohol-education classes, not to mention court, to go to the Cannes Film Festival. She was on probation for two 2007 DUIs, one of which found her chasing innocent people around L.A., pulling into the police station, and being caught carrying cocaine. She served two weeks in jail before being moved to rehab. Her lawyer is arguing in court on Wednesday to have her released within 10 days. A senior staff member at Morningside, the rehab Lindsay was originally assigned to, told Radar that early releases in situations like this are “nearly impossible.” Of course, we’re talking about a girl who has been modelling since she was three, acting since she was 10, dating B-list celebrities since she was 15, and making awful movies since she was 20. If anyone can rewrite the rule book, it’s Lindsay.
