Next month subscribers and news stand buyers of Harper’s Bazaar will have the pleasure of seeing Mary Kate Olsen on the cover. She’s lookin pretty good too, I must say. Fresh faced, pretty, and extremely healthy. This is a big step for the celeb as Harper’s Bazaar generally reserves their covers for the big time A-listers. It does kind of strike me though that they would headline the mag with “Fabulous at any Age” and then cover someone who is like, 12. But this is what sells the mags I guess. This shot of her in the red is another highlight from the feature. And again, I hear many aren’t exactly digging the look but to me, it looks great. It really brings out her eyes, and may be just what she needs to pull away from the twin identity thing. She should keep this one for awhile, I think a lot of people would take her more seriously. Look for this next month!

It was shortly after 2 in the morning on a Friday night jaunt with some friends that Mary Kate Olsen decided to stumble out of Les Deux. In hip joints like this, it is not uncommon for people to tumble out looking worse than they did when they went in, and Mary Kate was no exception. She was so out of it her friend covered her head to protect her from the cameras, and her security team had to hold her up. Yet she still managed to take a fall and lose the contents of her purse all over the sidewalk. So what is hiding in Mary Kate’s bag these days? Items spotted were cigarettes, some cash, and what appeared to be an exclusive Black American Express. Don’t leave the bar without it Mary Kate.

Ok the bag I get, the shoes I get, the shirt-not-a-dress I get, the combination of the above? No, that I don’t get. Here is Mary Kate Olsen looking the worst I have seen her yet. What is the matter with these people? Just because you are a celebrity and can afford each of these pieces individually does NOT mean they need to go out and play all at the same time. UNLESS she was robbed! That must be it. Someone mugged her, stole her pants, and let her keep all the ugly stuff.  Because a pair of skinny jeans would actually pull together some of these items, so a mugging is the only feasible reasoning I can come up with for this *term used loosely* outfit. I will let you know if I hear anything, but don’t hold your breath.

Well, as sisters do, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are said to be experiencing a lot of tension between them as of late. Ashley is a little concerned that Mary Kate’s boyfriend Max is a touch on the controlling side. That Mary Kate has already accepted a promise ring from young Max is even more disconcerting. Mary Kate is brushing off his temper tantrums and insults saying it will blow over, he does this all the time. Not surprising that a girl recovering from the problems that she’s had would get involved with someone super controlling. But, you know how it is in Hollywood. First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a big splashy divorce with a huge settlement. She’ll be fine.

Mary-Kate Olsen was snapped Saturday while leaving a Malibu house party. Who is her new BF!? He sure looks like DJ AM, but with an air of sophistication and snob. He’s not my cup of tea!
