Mischa Barton is seen here having an early dinner with some friends at the trendy Joans on Third in Los Angeles the other day. After dinner, Mischa took some time out to do some retail therapy and was seen leaving the shop with several bags. So this is what a Hollywood girl does when she has no man to contend with. Mischa has recently gone her separate way from Cisco Adler after some nude pictures of him appeared on the Internet. The pictures, somehow, ended up in Paris Hilton’s storage locker that went to auction after the locker went unpaid. The pics were originally posted on Parisexposed.com, but the site has since been shut down. Regarding the pictures, sources are saying that Mischa was furious and I believe the words ‘blowup’ were used. And of course, Adler’s people could not be reached for comment. So, to any prospective BF’s of Mischa, be careful who you pose for, this girl does not take these things lightly.

After being under the radar for a little bit, we are starting to see more of Mischa Barton lately. Here she was spotted at The Ivy in Beverly Hills the other day. Mischa is making the rounds more on the Hollywood scene, now that her latest flick ‘Assassination of a High School President’ has hit the Sundance Film Festival and is making quite the wave. It is being touted as a ‘Tarentino-esque’ script, and quite possibly an indie film that will create a reputation along the marks of ‘Pulp Fiction’. No surprise there given that Bruce Willis stars as the High School President. Mischa plays a popular girl with a dark side, which is central to the complexity of the film. But alas, Mischa will not disappoint her fans as there is a report of steamy bathtub [love] scenes with her co-star Reese Thompson. For those who lost their invite to the Sundance Film Festival, ‘Assassination’ will hit the big screen in August.

Here is Mischa Barton as she enjoys a bit of a day off in Los Angeles on Monday. Mischa spent some time hanging out at the celebrity-studded Joan’s on Third restaurant in L.A. and topped off her lunch with a shopping trip at Scout in West Hollywood. Looks like she is going a little ‘au naturale’ with the skin tone as well. Not even a drop of sunless tanner near this girl, and of course, like most, she is sparing herself the premature aging by tanning naturally. Smart girl! And yes, you CAN be pretty with no suntan! Mischa is back to L.A. now after her recent visit to the Sundance Film Festival where she was promoting her new movie ‘Assassination of a High School President’. Mischa plays the cool chick, the popular girl in high school which she says is a bit of a twist from her real life experiences. She describes herself as a loner in high school, having barely a handful of friends. It may sound weird, but…I can sort of see that. Not now of course, but she has that mystique about her, doesn’t she?

Nice! Yep, here is Tommy Lee’s spit face. Open mouth, spew out garbage. He’s standing here at the opening of Cathouse in Las Vegas the other night with some no-name chick we will just refer to as ‘girl with Tommy Lee’. I have to know though, why is the chick smiling? You’d have to be really stupid to put up with that crap. If anyone standing beside ME pulled that vile stunt that is the LAST expression you’d see on my face, and if it was someone as lewd as Tommy Lee, trust me, it wouldn’t be pretty. And speaking of the Cathouse loungerie, Tommy and his date without a name appeared despite the lack of a previously confirmed celebrity host. The host? Mischa Barton. Well, she was supposed to be the smiling queen of the Cathouse that night, but due to her recent *alleged* DUI arrest where she was also found to be in possession of some drugs, the actress was forced to drop out of the appearance. So, Tommy Lee and his winning personality were one of the few celebs in attendance that evening. It looks like Mischa didn’t miss out on much!

“I was gonna go to work, but then I got high.” Mischa should really stop taking tips from Afro Man. Thanks to her quick thinking, uber fancy driving skills and her subsequent arrest for suspicion of DUI on Thursday, she was dumped as the host of the grand opening of CatHouse nightclub. She was supposed to host it @ the Luxor hotel & casino Saturday night in Las Vegas. She is apparently not allowed to talk to the press and so, that crosses her off doing the red carpet.

“A West Hollywood police source tells TMZ that when she was arrested, Mischa Barton blew a .12 on her breathalyzer test, smoked marijuana that day (which cops found in her car) and had prescription pills in her possession that were in an unlabeled bottle!”

We’ll have to wait and see if she has to do jail time. I bet I know who she’ll want to bunk with… a girl by the name of Mary J. The song is below for your listening pleasure.

She was busted on suspicion of DUI, possession of marijuana and a controlled substance, and driving without a valid license… but, finally released on a $10,000 bail @ 10:10am today from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station. TMZ caught the starlet sneaking out the back and making a getaway in the backseat of her parents’ black Mercedes.

According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, the former “O.C.” star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops say she “was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.” ~TMZ

TMZ has followed this developing story and apparently, her black SUV is still sitting in the impound lot, many hours after she was released. Well, I have to say, what a stupid life move Mischa, but a fantastic career move. She must have been jealous of the other girls’ mugshots, and so decided to go out and get what’s hers! It’s amazing how she’s now back in the spotlight. Step aside Lilo. Oh, and Nicole… ever since she got preggers, she hasn’t been much fun. Is Mischa going to be the next Hollywood bad girl? God knows Britney needs a break.
