Celebrities like Keira Knightley and Cameron Diaz are jumping on this bandwagon. Hollywood is touting a new diet that, yes, actually works. It’s called The Lunch Box Diet and entails not worrying so much about what you eat for breakfast and dinner, but what you put in your body in the middle of those time frames that counts. The diet is endorsed by Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach Simon Lovell, who offers a downloadable, online diet plan where one can graze from their pre-organized lunchbox during the day between breakfast and dinner. An average lunchbox will contain 60% veggies, 30% protein and 10% dressing and carbs are limited unless you enter some exercise in your day. If you don’t, no carbs for you! No specific rules are given for breakfast or dinner, just, eat healthy, and alcohol is not a forbidden fruit for this one. No wonder the celebs like it so much! Or perhaps, they are sticking to it because it works. 12 lbs in 4 weeks is pretty darn good, and while it seems like a lot, it is well within a healthy range for weight loss. Looking for a new trick or tip to whittle your waist before bikini season? Try The Lunch Box Diet.
