Miranda Kerr is seen looking just as pretty as ever striking a pose with a blue balloon and a large umbrella in the ever so fashionable Meatpacking District of New York City. And little did anyone know during this shoot that Miranda was keeping a little more than we thought “under wraps” as she and Orlando Bloom have just revealed that their wedding may have been a little more “shotgun” than we would have expected. Well aren’t these two just full of surprises. Following their June engagement and July wedding, supermodel Miranda Kerr tells Spanish Vogue that she’s carrying Orlando Bloom’s baby.

“Yes, I am pregnant. Four months along.”

So what does that mean for Baby Bloom? Unless one of these two are distantly related to an ogre, expect stunning superhuman beauty. Celebrities traditionally don’t reveal their pregnancy until after the crucial first trimester, but between morning sickness and the beginnings of a belly, Miranda struggled to keep the secret.

“I remember on one occasion in the early days [of my pregnancy] when it was still too soon to say anything, and I had a dreadful time at one job. And you can’t really use the excuse “oh don’t mind me, it’s just this Pucci print making me barf” without raising some eyebrows.”

Aw, that’s the poor life of a supermodel, when you are desperately seeking anything within arm’s length, even *gasp* Pucci, to blame for the vomit. Don’t bring Pucci into this!

At the time of this picture, not that long ago, she was only known as “Miranda Kerr, dating Orlando Bloom”, now, as she enters rooms it will be “Miranda Kerr, now engaged to Orlando Bloom”. Ah yes. New Headline. Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr announce their engagement; justice of the universe questioned. Cross another one of Jennifer Aniston’s alleged boyfriends off the list.

After three years of dating, Orlando Bloom, 33, is engaged to Australian Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr, 27. This is the worst news that guy who got fired for ogling Miranda at work has heard since, well, he was fired. “Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are getting married,” his rep told Entertainment Tonight. Wow, don’t get too flowery with the announcement there. This is the first engagement for both, but they have some practice, having frequently announced their non-engaged status and subsequently using up all of my “Lord of the Engagement Rings” headlines. Previously Orlando Bloom dated Kate Bosworth for four years before breaking up in 2006. Miranda dated aspiring rock star and Tamarama lead singer Jay Lyon, better known as Whitney Port’s boyfriend on The City, for four years before they broke up in 2007. Congratulations to these two. They make a lovely couple and their children will have beautiful bone structure. What more can you ask for? Paid employment? Orlando has Pirates money AND Lord of the Rings money. He’ll just sleep in, thanks.

You have to know that when you are dating a Victoria’s Secret model, especially one as hot as Miranda Kerr, that you have to maintain a certain sense of decorum. In fact, it wouldn’t hurt to go the extra mile to look fine for your girl. But this concept seems to be a little lost on Orlando Bloom who not only can’t go that extra mile, but he is even having trouble with basic personal hygiene. Orlando is now back with his on-again off-again girlfriend Miranda, and we may know now why the relationship has been more off-again than anything. Miranda’s biggest complaint is that Orlando is ‘too smelly’ and not in the Kenneth Cole Reaction kind of way. She’s actually had to ask him t shower more often, and to wash his clothes a little more. He’s been known to wear the same jeans for a week before tossing them in the wash, and it’s not just his jeans, but all his clothes. To make matters worse, he sleeps with his dog which I am sure doesn’t add much to his morning fresh face. So Miranda is putting her foot down about cleaning up a little, and the word is that he’s ‘trying’. Trying? How much effort does one need for a shower or to toss a load of laundry in? Isn’t it funny how your impression changes of celebs when you find these things out? I look at him and kind of want to just go ewww…..I can only imagine how grossed out Miranda must be.

Some tongues started wagging a few days ago… well last Monday when Orlando Bloom’s girlfriend, Victoria’s Secret Model Miranda Kerr, was seen leaving the Diavolina boutique and was walking suspiciously close to Brandon Davis. When Miranda realized there were cameras outside, she broke up from her ‘almost walk’ with Brandon and went the other way with one of her girlfriends. Miranda was first linked to Orlando about a month ago when they were spotted having a romantic dinner together. So, this all rolls out a little strange, particularly her reaction. People that aren’t cheating don’t generally act all skittish over stuff like that if it is perfectly innocent, so we’ll watch how this one plays out. It is funny though just how often celebrities forget that people are watching them ALL the time. Maybe THAT’S why most Hollywood relationships end up in the toilet!
