Yes, Knocked Up isn’t just a great movie anymore. It seems to be the chic thing to do in Hollywood. The latest on the list of preggo wanna be’s is Holly Madison of The Girls Next Door. No, she’s not knocked up yet, though you would think if talking about it was enough to make it happen, she’d have a whole litter by now. Of course, she wants her baby daddy to be Hugh Hefner who apparently initially balked at the idea. Wonder why? Could it be because he’s practically a hundred and already has TWO other families? Uh huh! But I am sure Holly batted her eyes and said *cough performed* sweet tokens of persuasion because the Hef backed down and gave in to Holly. Though not so much in the physical sense apparently. The two were spotted at a Beverly Hills in vitro clinic recently, so though it may not happen au naturale, my guess is that Holly’s eggo is going to get preggo’d any time now.

Hugh Hefner announces the 2007 Playboy Playmate of the year. The winner is… Sara Jean Underwood! The playmate’s title and the start of her reign were celebrated at a backyard luncheon under a tent @ Hef’s famous Playboy Mansion, with the yard filled with current and former playmates, more than fifty dating back to the 1950s.

“I thought I was going to puke,” Sara Jean Underwood said after hearing she had won. “I thought I was going to faint. I thought I was going to cry. It was every emotion you can imagine one would feel when given such an honour.” Underwood also said she had never modeled before appearing in Playboy. “I didn’t think I was pretty enough,” she said.

What a sweet and modest girl! Sara Jean was discovered while a college student at Oregon State University when Playboy scouts were looking for candidates in the “Girls of the Pac 10″ pictorial.
