Here is Rachel Bilson as she smokes the pages of Nylon magazine. Rachel has become quite the fashion icon in Tinseltown of late, and it’s not just because she’s a celebrity. Rachel has been into fashion all of her life, since she was two actually when she would spend hours with her parents poring over her wardrobe trying to decide what to wear. She says she loves fashion and it’s actually quite a passion of hers. Right now she is trying to finesse the right ensemble for a bridesmaid dress for Josh Schwartz’s wedding. Josh is the creator of both the O.C. and Gossip Girls and is marrying Rachel’s best friend, so she is doing the maid of honor duties for the wedding. Rachel is working with designer Brian Reyes to achieve the perfect look for this big day. On the work front, Rachel is looking to come out of her teen drama shell a little bit and add some depth and breadth to her acting resume. She thinks it’s important to break out of the niche character thing to survive in this business and wants to be taken more seriously. Somehow, I just have a feeling however that Rachel is not going to need to worry about finding work at any time in the near future. Rachel Bilson is not one of those stars that is too good to do the little things in life. You know, those errands that we are all faced with, like grocery shopping. She’s been spotted out and about grabbing some groceries on more than one occasion lately. And I think she’s also taken a new favorite bag as well, as I have seen this leather Zac Posen piece on her arm more than once. As usual, another great fashion pick by Rachel. She’s been candid lately about some memory issues that she has. In several interviews, one with Playboy magazine, Rachel discussed how a car accident at 14 has affected her memory. She was in a head-on collision on the Pacific Coast Highway and suffered a concussion. As a result, her memory has never been the same. You gotta give props to a girl that struggles with memory loss, but goes into an industry where memorizing lines and scripts is part of the daily job. Way to go Rachel!

Any male fans of Rachel Bilson will be happy to see her on the February cover of GQ. Rachel went a little beyond her normal stylish self and gave the GQ readers a lovely little photo spread that shows a much sexier side of her. Not only did she give a gorgeous photo spread, but she also spoke with GQ candidly on a few issues. She speaks freely about a car accident she was in at the age of 14, describing it as really bad and an event that included helicopters, Jaws of Life, and other such horrors. She also admits that as a result of the accident she has some memory issues she struggles with. If someone asks her for example, ‘remember when we were here’ she may have a troubled time recalling that. Pretty impressive for someone that has to memorize scripts for a living! Rachel also talks about how she’s a huge hip hop fan, and how she wishes the paps would leave Britney alone. And when asked about whether or not she’s really dating Hayden Christiansen, all she can say is that she’s very happy with her love life. Sorry boys, guess this is a look don’t touch!

Have to say, even I gasp out loud when I see those pretty things however they are definitely in the elite as they come with the celebrity price tag as well. And Rachel Bilson is a perfect choice to see in attendance here as she is always known for her impeccable taste and unique personal style.
