Hard to say with this pair as they truly seem to be the kind that you never know where they are going, as even during a long tumultuous split, they can’t seem to stay out of the headlines. So here we go again, though now it’s 2010 and Lindsay Lohan is STILL being seen coming out of the Bardot lounge, and she’s back to one of her original hair colors as well. And it wasn’t long after this night that Lindsay recently Tweeted that she’d like to move to Britain because they have better DJ’s, and the whole world knows that whenever Lilo says the word DJ, she must be “back in love” again. But it doesn’t matter how many room-service trays Lindsay Lohan has thrown, or how many shrubs she’s run over, because of Samantha Ronson. All signs do seem to indicate that Lindsay is still holding a candle, or at least a menthol cigarette, for her ex-girlfriend.

“She’s the only woman I’ve been attracted to. We love each other. We might reconcile the relationship, maybe.”
The couple split up last year, and Sam’s fashion designer sister Charlotte looked into getting a restraining order against Lindsay. But only because Lindsay was just too awesome. On Samantha’s family, Lilo also has some thoughts there.

“Her family is very involved in her relationships and that was difficult. All the fighting stuff was just because all her friends had got involved and made me an outcast, which wasn’t fair to Samantha. I think it was a jealousy thing in terms of her becoming more famous than the rest of them.”

Yes. Samantha’s loved ones were concerned because Lindsay is just so famous. Not because she throws tantrums and steals clothes and writes things to Sam on Twitter like, “you JUST told me that your friends are worth more than i am 2 your family & that i’m gross*thx.” Lindsay thinks this drama was really just normal stuff, but it got blown up because Lindsay is a very important actress, as seen in such hit movies from five years ago as Herbie: Fully Loaded. “Everyone has ups and downs - it’s normal,” she says. “But in front of the public eye they’re going to take the downs and make it seem like they’re a million times worse.” Of course. Who hasn’t stormed out into the hallway of a hotel and fought with their partner until hotel security AND Page Six have been called? I don’t know what’s more disturbing–that Lindsay thinks that’s normal, or that she’s considering getting back into it.

Lindsay Lohan took off for the volcanic shore of Maui this week, and took along as company her little sister Ali, and one of those “unidentified” male friends. She put a skimpy bikini on that seemed to have trouble clinging to her now skeletal frame, and spent the afternoon posing and taking photos and dipping into the rock pools under the warm Hawaiian heat. And even though she seems to be fading away on us, she looks like she is happy and relaxed. Is this little getaway all that she needed to get over her ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson? Or, is there perhaps more to the story as with Lilo, there always seems to be. Because from the sounds of it, there may be some rumors swirling that these two are in fact back together, or if nothing else, the rumor mill is churning to bring Sam the publicity she is now lacking with Lilo out of her life. The story is that they are on the mend, and this time there is no drama, nothing was broken, and no hospitalizations ensued over whatever it was that may (or may not have) brought these two back together. But supposedly the two spent the last weekend enjoying something they (or someone) is calling a slumber party that lasted all weekend. And if the timeline is right, and the rumor is right, this may be exactly why Lilo has the smile all over her face. It is being said that Sam spent Friday night at Lindsay’s house, and left around 6 AM on Sunday morning. And, much to the world’s surprise, Samantha has been busy trying to propel this rumor with the etched in stone step of changing her Facebook status. Amazing how lives can change with a Facebook status update, and maybe this is what Sam was hoping when she changed her status from “single” to “it’s complicated”. After the complicated weekend, Lilo took off to spend time with her ‘real’ friends leaving Sam to wonder just how much more complicated things are going to get. If the exes are attempting to reconcile, Sam might want to consider plastic dishes. And windows. And, well, maybe Lindsay should just be required to wear a straitjacket at all times. Personally, I’m chalking this up to rumor. Lilo is getting plenty of publicity without her, and Sam, well, she just appears desperate at this point.

There is another Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson rumor coming out (no pun intended) every week it seems. It seems that they have been ‘taking it to the next level’ for about a million years now. This time, the ‘next level’ that they’ve taken appears to be a joint back account, and Lindsay has taken the initiative on this one to prove to Samantha that she is committed to the relationship. What, does this mean that all the dish breaking and public name calling is indicative that in fact Lindsay hasn’t been committed to the relationship until now? But hm, given that Lindsay is the obvious breadwinner here, her initiating a joint bank account may just well be almost as good as a marriage proposal. But as you can expect, she is taking baby steps, and not full leaps towards this big endeavour. Lindsay earns millions per flick, and about $250,000 per episode of Ugly Betty, and so her assets are pretty significant. But she’s only putting her earnings from Ugly Betty into the cookie jar, which leaves a whole lot left in her own name. If you ask me, it’s a smart move. And, this joint account may not be about the relationship ‘level’ at all. It sounds like Samantha has been forking over a lot of cash for all of their countless romantic getaways. Yes, Samantha may not be raking in millions per gig, but she does have a hefty price for her high demand DJ sets that have her jet setting all over the world to perform high profile gigs for this that and the other celebrity. And she seems to have been the one that has been spending the dough on getaways that are supposed to be cementing their relationship. What is this, has Samantha been trying to buy Lindsay’s love? Sources say yes!

Sam’s very generous to Lindsay. She pays for everything when they go away together and Lindsay wants to show her gratitude by doing this. Sam is completely disinterested in shopping and things, whereas Lindsay loves to spend and always says she wants to be as rich as possible.

It almost sounds like it, as Lindsay’s step to open up the joint account and dump her Betty earnings into it is a means of paying her back, and not about commitment like it may seem. But the bank account may come in handy, given that on a recent DJ set in Dubai, one which Lindsay attended with Sam for support, the two fell in love with the city and jointly purchased a property in Dubai’s exclusive Palm Island development. So, whatever the reasons for the joint bank account, with joint assets, this couple is definitely making designs on a more committed relationship, whatever that is in their world.

Well well, the story that is Lindsay and Sam is enticing, isn’t it? Especially since now the two can’t seem to have a peaceful moment lately, and their relationship is officially on deathwatch, if it hasn’t died already. We don’t know for sure, but TMZ is reporting that the two have officially called an end to their year long relationship, and nasty fights deemed as ‘nuclear’ seem to be the evidence the media is using in their latest breakup. But yes, we’ve heard about their split on and off in the rumor mill, almost as often as we hear that Angelina is pregnant again, so what gives here? Well, the two have been fighting, and publicly, a LOT. They escaped to South Beach, Miami for a relaxing getaway and some beach time to close out 2008. But it wasn’t all R & R for these girls. A huge blowout seen by many at a packed party at the Mansion was one of their first public scenes. There was some crying and loud voices and Lindsay was overheard asking ‘Why are you doing this??’ to Sam. Their next public incident occurred at Miami International Airport when they were on the way home. TMZ is saying the fight started at the American Airlines Admirals Club. And though nobody is really sure what happened there, there were some tears, from Lindsay, and reports were that she was ‘so inconsolable that the flight attendants asked if she’d like to disembark’. So I guess we know who the cryer is in this relationship. The two headed home and were caught by TMZ who asked Lindsay if there was trouble in paradise. Her response was a quick ‘not exactly’ and a little laugh, which could suggest that she finds the notion laughable, or that she was laughing nervously to provide some levity to the situation.
But in Lindsay’s life, as we all know, the ‘truth’ as told by Lindsay always comes out in the MySpace blog, doesn’t it? She seems to use that as her bonafide source to the world for the realities in her life. In her blog under ‘RUMORS’ she writes:

“Little piece of TRUE information: We did NOT break up! Get your stories straight please. It’s really annoying to have all of your friends emailing you saying, i saw, i read, etc… NOT TRUE.”

She signed the post with a happy face, some hugs and kisses, and off we go to take her word for it that things are all well and good. But even if they have broken up, after all the nuts they went to to make their relationship public, and then live that in the public eye, it wouldn’t shock me if they covered a split up for a while. Once again, time will reveal all…

Or perhaps the girls are just feeling the weight of the holiday season and a very public relationship. Yes, even big time celebrities can fend off stress during the holidays, and we know that Lindsay has had her share of it what with more public feuding with her father Michael Lohan, and the discovery of a half and illegitimate sibling. All of these things are quite possibly wreaking havoc with Lindsay’s emotional state. And the stress from all of it may be coming into play with her relationship. Lindsay went public about the fact that she wasn’t spending the holidays with her family for the first time ever, but it sounds as if even this factor may have been cause for concern over the holidays. All reports on the Sam and Lindsay holiday season are anything but favourable at this point, with a few reports surfacing that broken dishes and loud voices were all part of the Sam/Lilo holiday season. Yes, dish breaking screaming matches seemed to be on the holiday agenda for Sam and Lilo, and these reports are coming from their Hollywood Hills neighbours. The Sunday morning before Christmas, Lindsay was overheard using her outdoor voice against her girlfriend Sam Ronson, and though exact wording was not heard, one report is that the phrase ‘You never say you love me’ was among the screaming echoes. Followed by the scream fest, glass was heard to break, and Samantha was then overheard yelling ‘If you’re gonna break things, get out of my house’. And, to add fuel to the fire, this was the same day that Samantha was seen popping into the hospital emergency room on the advice of her mother. The girls must have smoothed things over, as Lindsay visited Sam at the hospital, and later in the week were spotted shopping in L.A. together….possibly on the lookout for some plastic dishware. And though the tides may have settled for the girls, family woes are still at the top of Lindsay’s mind, as Daddy Lohan, Michael, has fuelled his online fight with his daughter by publishing a website called ‘The Real Story with Michael Lohan’. Natrually, his debut post has since been removed, but the website is designed to document his conspiracy theory on how Samantha is taking advantage of Lindsay.

“Was it me who jumped out of a DJ booth and punched Lindsay when she was with Calum Best?” he writes. “Did I drive Lindsay around for hours in L.A. until she fell asleep and before I ran low on gas only to call the paps and sell pictures to them?” I’m going to guess the answer is either “no” or “zzzzz.”

Such loving fatherly words, no? And it’s funny how Daddy Lohan just doesn’t quite *get* the fact that every time he is publishing thoughts on his famous daughter Lindsay, he is media feeding himself and cashing in on her fame as well. When do we think he will get it? uh….I imagine he’ll be ice skating in hell before that happens.

Lindsay Lohan is seen here leaving home and on her way to the Beverly Medical Center to get attention to what looks like a bruise on her left hand. And, Lilo has been getting some heat lately, or at least her relationship with her girlfriend Sam Ronson has been as a lot of squabbling and couples counselling has been in the reports these days. And interestingly enough, Lilo is generally followed by a throng of paps so on this day, some of the media managed to get a shot of her recycling bin only to see what appeared to be a broken plate. Hmmm….Could a broken plate be symbolic of trouble in paradise? Or could a broken plate be really just that, a broken plate? Well, we won’t make too much of THAT, but we will make a bit of the fact that Lindsay was seen in public getting a little too cosy with a former friend, Sean Penn. Yes, the word ‘nuzzled’ was used, whatever that means. Lindsay, who is 22, and Sean, or is more than twice that age, are old time friends. They used to party together during Lilo’s nasty days when she was sobriety challenged. Her other entourage at the time included the likes of Tim Robbins and Jude Law, and before arriving in New York from Los Angeles, Lilo let her friends know she was heading over to **** Jude Law. Nice! Should we take a break so we can all go have a shower? Guess Jude wasn’t around, so she set her sights on Sean, and though we don’t know if it went any further than nuzzling, do you think this may be related to the broken plate? Hmmm….Sean is of course still married to Robin Wright Penn, so maybe even there are a few broken plates around the Penn household as a result. And by all looks, Lilo is still living with Sam so may still be committed to that relationship. Or, at least committed to blogging about it on MySpace. Enter the most recent journaling:

all in all-[the paparazzi] should just stop asking altogether [where Sam is], once and for all if she and i are broken up because frankly, if we ever ever did…. i would say it before they could even think of asking. i’d say it here probably…”

Thanks for the warning Linds. I will start boning up on my Lohanese so I’ll know what the heck you’re talking about when that day comes.

Well, this infamous couple seems to have hit a rocky patch, at least that is if you believe the rumor mill. Yes, this is the same rumor mill that thrives on the unhappiness of Tinseltown starlets, so when things get a little uncomfortable in our favourite relationships, we love to dish about it. Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson have certainly had their share of challenges in their relationship, but it seems they’ve always risen above it all. Could be the sign of a real relationship that is actually working.

But it sounds like there has been a little trouble in paradise, as the two have been spotted going to couples counselling. Despite this, Lindsay swears that she and Sam are not splitting up any time soon. How did she mention this to the world? How do you think? That’s right…off to the MySpace page she went.
