Here is Shauna Sand hiding behind two colourful ice packs as she walks away from plastic surgeon Dr.Frank Ryan’s office in Beverly Hills last night. hmm… i think she got some restylane injected in her cheeks… in the lines that form around your mouth. I doubt its the excuse she gave the paps, “nerve block”. Have you ever heard of that before? No, me neither, but I’m no doctor. In her little five minute chat with TMZ, Shauna told the photogs that she designs her own shoes. Yep, those lucite heels were apparently a work of Shauna’s talent and vision. Well, if that’s the case, then Shauna pls hook a sister up! I’d die for a pair and no, I’m really NOT being sarcastic. They’d go nicely with fake semi-permanent eyelashes.
