I feel so badly for Asia, I mean she went through all that stress and heart-ache (time spent away from her daughter, sleepless nights, intense competition, etc.) to be snubbed!?

PCD held a concert in Atlanta last night, and diva-in-training Asia was not in the scantily clad lineup. As TMZ first reported last week, sources say Asia, who won CW’s “The Search for the Next Doll,” isn’t “the best match” for the group, but at the time, we were told by Warner Bros. that Asia “is absolutely a member … and will tour with the group and record for the Dolls’ second album.” So what gives?

Calls to the group were not returned, but things aren’t looking so hot for Asia — the reality show has been green-lit for another season and TMZ spotted Robin Antin, the creator of the group, dancing with the runners-up on the series, Chelsea and Melissa, last night at the Stoli Hotel in Hollywood.

Asia earned that spot in the Pussycat Dolls and it should be given-up! Anything else is totally unfair, not only to Asia, but to all those viewers of CW’s show. I’m definitely not watching the next season if she’s out!

It was down to the top three, Melissa R., Chelsea and Asia. But, the winner was ASIA!! I’m so happy since she’s the best. At the end of the finale, she joined the Pussycat Dolls, as the newest member, and performed on stage @ the PCD Lounge on the Sunset Strip in LA with the group.

Hilary Duff wasn’t the only socialite to visit MuchMusic studios this week. Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls is shown chatting it up with VJ Matte Babel. Her visit was to see fans, and discuss her current work, including reality tv show The Search for the Next Doll. Who’ll it be? Be sure to watch the finale today (Wed., April 25, 2007) @ 7:00pm!

hmmm…. I don’t know (50/50 shot!). BUT, what I do know is that Chelsea is really not being too supportive of her fellow contestant in the reality tv show “Search for the Next Pussycat Doll”. Watch the clip and find out for yourself!

The morning after Mariela’s elimination, the girls meet Melody to learn a lesson about style. The girls also get their new challenge, which is to be back-up dancers for the Dolls in a live performance. But, there are only four spots available!

After working on the routine for an hour with Mikey, Robin chooses Melissa R., Asia, and Melissa S. to dance with the Dolls. The performance is a success, and the three dancers are rewarded. But afterwards, Melissa S. makes a mean comment about Chelsea’s dancing, and Melissa R. is worried about what her parents might think.

The next day, Melissa R. is announced the winner of the challenge, and the girls learn that they will be performing a burlesque routine to Pink Panther, Fever, and Big Spender, going back to the Dolls’ origins. Performance night comes the following day, and the routine blows the judges away. But in the end, Anastacia is eliminated and must hang up her boa. (thanks to tv.com for input!)

The six remaining girls hear from the Pussycat Dolls that they’re to compete for a spot as a back-up dancer in one of their televised shows in Las Vegas @ the Pussycat Doll Lounge in Caesar’s Palace! On the bus, they practise their routine with Mikey and learn that they are performing to the song Tainted Love. Melissa S. is the winner by far and is safe from elimination this round. The girls get to enjoy their luxury suite in Vegas and they take full advantage of it.

The girls perform in front of Robin Antin, Jeff Haddad, and Lil’ Kim @ the Pussycat Doll Lounge on the Sunset Strip in LA. Anastasia is self-conscious about her appearance since she’s gained some weight and this weakens her performances. However, it’s Chelsea and Mariela’s performances of Toni Braxton’s Unbreak My Heart that are the weakest. But, it’s Mariela who ends up hanging up her pink boa. I have to agree with the judges’ decision since Chelsea has a fabulous voice.

OMG… OK, I was going to hold it in, but it has to be said. Anastasia’s look is ridiculously bad. What’s with the out of control hair in this episode!? She looked like Chewy from Star Wars!!

After the elimination night, the girls get a visit from Pussycat Doll Carmit Bachar who gives the remaining girls a lesson on creativity. The girls are then given their next challenge. They are to learn a disco song and dance routine. After being assigned group captains and choosing groups, the girls start rehearsing. But struggles build up during this time, especially with Asia, who is having trouble being the leader, and Sisely, who tells Asia she dances like a drag queen!

After the rehearsals, the girls are visited by Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts, who gives the girls a lesson on sexiness. The girls also learn of their next challenge. They will each be working with a guy and choreograph a dance routine in an hour. After everything is put together, they show what they have been working on. Mariela is declared the winner and is safe at the upcoming elimination. When performance day comes, each group goes through sound check before they perform that night. After both groups go, the elimination is narrowed down to Melissa S and Sisely, and in the end, Sisely must hang up her boa. (Much thanks to tv.com for the update!)
