It’s amazing how different Vanessa looks without any make-up or her sunglasses on! She looks ultra fabulous with make-up, but a little plain without.

Vanessa Minnillo accompanied boyfriend Nick Lachey @ the Grand Opening Weekend of The Cove Atlantis on Paradis Island in the Bahamas. All the Hollywood celebs flew to the Bahamian resort for a weekend of fun in the sun. Cindy Crawford and hubbie Randy Gerber, Liv Tyler and her little sis Chelsea, and their dad Steven Tyler, were among the guests. Lindsay Lohan and boytoy, Callum Best, also attended the celebrations at this holiday weekend.

Socialite couple, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillo, attended the 2007 Kentucky Derby and they’re photographed above at the Tricia Barnstable-Brown Kentucky Derby eve gala party! This gala is where Larry Birkhead first met Anna Nicole Smith, back in 2004. The guest list was full with the stars, from Brittany Murphy to Kid Rock. I think I know what Vanessa’s telling Nick: “Nick, how can you think of Jessica’s boobs @ the Pussycat Dolls Lounge 2nd Anniversary, at a time like this!?” No, just kidding!

Vanessa Minnillo is the new face of the BONGO clothing line! I bet boyfriend Nick Lachey is proud of his special girl.
