Victoria Beckham is one busy lady these days, she just never seems to take a break. And she’s been spending the last few weeks in London to promote or work on one project or another. Here she is with her latest project for the promotion of her dVb denim collection. She is promoting her collection through Harrods in London, proving once again that anything she puts her name on is top of the line. The fact that Posh is promoting this collection in London has caused quite a stir in the U.S. as trendy L.A. boutique Kitson has just dropped her label from their store because she wouldn’t do public appearances. In the past, Victoria has received some bad press from Kitson, so even though she kept her line going there, she wouldn’t promote the line publicly. The people at Kitson weren’t too pleased and felt she should have ‘remedied’ her bad press by making an appearance, and, when Victoria dug her heels in they dropped her line. Hasn’t seemed to phase Victoria too much by the looks of it, and seeing that Harrod’s is a much bigger name than Kitson, well, her denim collection will live on after all. Yes, we can all sleep better at night now.

Victoria Beckham has been spending some time in London lately, and here she is being spotted leaving Scott’s restaurant in London. Immaculately styled, per Victoria, she looks fantastic in a simple white sweater set and a colorful geometric print skirt that is right in line with this Spring’s hottest colors. It is rumored that Victoria is working on some recording right now, and hence her trip to London, as she has been seen in and out of Radio 1 Studios while over in the UK. But she has been avoiding the alcoholic beverages as of late which has led to some speculation that another Baby Becks may be in the oven. She is quick to deny the rumors however, and says, not only isn’t there anything cooking now, but not for a while. Her three little boys are still quite young, and she says she and David want to enjoy them for a while longer. I have to say by looking at her, I have no idea who thought she may have an eggo preggo’d, but they may need to have their eyes checked.

Well, well, it looks like one of America’s favorite trendsetters is a little bit behind the 8 ball in the style department. Victoria Beckham may be wearing all the latest high-end names, but when it comes to her own fashion line, the girl is a little slack. As a result, Fred Segal and the folks at Kitson have dumped her denim. The two reasons behind the heave-ho on Posh’s dVb line are poor sales figures and a lack of promo work on her end. She’s been asked quite a few times to appear for PR events in an effort to amp up sales, but she has not shown up. I guess a big name is sitting on the behind of a pair of jeans just isn’t enough, the folks at Kitson agree. A hoopla needs to be made, and it looks like Victoria just didn’t have the time for it. As a result, Kitson is turfing the lines. If you’ve had your eye on them, perhaps you should scout eBay, when a big name label gets dropped, you find things start to look VERY cheap.
