It seems that Victoria Beckham is really making her circuit in the fashion industry, now that the Spice Girls Reunion has slowed down a touch. She’s recently hit the coveted cover of British Vogue and now she is seen in the most recent Marc Jacobs campaign. And true to the oddities of fashion, and the oddities of Posh, the campaign is just that…odd. Posh is seen in a series of images that are strange, one where she’s curled up in a fetal position and sucking her thumb for example. In another she is showcasing one of the famous Jacobs totes that is embellished with a big golden frog. The photo shoot was shot by iconic fashion photographer Juergen Teller which is just more proof that Victoria is very, VERY wanted on the high end fashion scene. Who woulda thought a 33 year old woman could make her mark in the high end modeling world. Well, you know Posh, she never really does things mainstream, does she?

Love her or love to hate her, you can’t knock the fact that this girl is a fashionista that can change trends on a dime. Here is Victoria Beckham out and about in L.A. with two of her main men, Romeo and little Cruz. While out in L.A. Posh was dressed down for a change in a pair of bell-bottoms paired with a dark colored sweater, that was cut in the back in strips. I guess today they’d be called wide-legged, but they sure do look like bells, and you know what they say, if it looks like a duck…But even dressed uber cas Posh pulls off the glam look effortlessly, pairing her jeans with her signature shades and what I suspect is one of her signature Birkens. Nuthin like a pair of jeans with a $10K bag, huh?

Well you have to know, not all shopping excursions in the Beckham household involve a swing by the ol’ Target. No, this is how it’s really done when they get SERIOUS about shopping. Heels and a Birken. Here is Victoria Beckham out with one of her adorable sons, this time she took Romeo with her, on a shoe shopping trip at Barneys of New York in Beverly Hills. No surprise here why they named this one Romeo, he IS a heartbreaker already. But I am surprised they haven’t named a Birken after this girl yet. It’s not uncommon to see her with a different colored one every week, and if you’re wondering just how many she has, the total is 10 and counting. Noted colors are red, yellow, pink, green, orange, lilac, and tan…for starters. The lilac one was specially made, vis a vis David and his clout at Hermes, and was made from ostrich skin to the whopping tune of 12,000 lbs, which is almost $30 K US. Also, there is generally a minimum 3-5 year wait list for these pricy bags, and average folks need to be ‘approved’ before they even go on the list. But I am sure, when the world knows you are Posh, you don’t need to worry about a pesky little list.

Well, I never thought I’d see this! I guess I always just imagined that hell would freeze over before I saw VB shopping at discount retailer Target, or should I pronounce it Tar-jai!? Yes, I have family in the US, but I don’t live there so I’ll have to equate it to Walmart. Is that OK? I guess Posh has decided to curb her expensive taste. Maybe just long enough to make us think she’s human… Posh to paps: “Did you get my best angle? Snap, snap… I’m not gonna stand here ALL DAY holding this heavy basket full of cheap crap”. Do you think it’s possible that I’m giving her way too much benefit of the doubt? We all know she shows at Walmart, too. I’m starting to like her already!

It seems that America’s sexiest soccer star David Beckham has been inspired. He loves the show Prison Break, and more particularly, the body art played by Wentworth Miller’s character Michael Scofield. Becks wants to have body art that is similar to Scofield’s character and his latest addition to his tattoo collection is one inspired by love. David has recently gotten his 11th tattoo and this one you will find on his forearm. This tattoo is a testament to his love for Victoria, and embodies a 6 inch replica of Victoria. The tattoo is wrapped around an existing tattoo that writes a Hindi inscription of Victoria’s name. Awww….That is too sweet. And not to be outdone, Victoria added an addition to her body art as well. At a launch of her new denim line in Boston, Victoria revealed her latest. She has a new tattoo on the inside of her right wrist which is some kind of script that has been inked underneath her existing Roman numeral tattoo. No telling yet what her script is saying, but it is probably something just as schmaltzy as David’s love inspired art. How uh, romantic? Just in time for Valentine’s Day. Nothing says love more than permanent body etchings. Does it?
